Education

In one of Oregon's fastest growing areas, the Redmond School District draws it 7,000+ students from over 30,000 residents in the communities of Alfalfa, Crooked River Ranch, Eagle Crest, Redmond, Terrebonne and Tumalo.

With the addition of a new 600-seat elementary (Tom McCall) and 800-seat middle school (Elton Gregory), the Redmond School District began the 2006-07 school year with five K-5 elementary schools; two K-8 community schools, two middle schools, two charter schools, one high school and one alternative high school.

All schools in the Redmond District offer a variety of programs and resources to meet the needs of individual students. Our focus is to raise academic and student performance standards K-12 by offering more challenging and engaging curriculum. It is our goal that all students graduate work-ready and college-ready with the tools necessary to be successful in the 21st century workplace.
