Cascade Lakes Brewing Co.
In 1996, just one year after the birth of Cascade Lakes Brewing Co, the 7th Street Pub opened their doors in Downtown Redmond. The brewhouse provides a place to gather and enjoy your favorite Cascade Lakes brews alongside a tasteful pub-style menu. Stop by any time and enjoy a selection of local favorites from the Staycay IPA to the Blonde Bombshell. Be on the lookout for some exceptional seasonal offerings including the Slippery Slope Winter Ale, and the Elk Camp IPA.

Kobold Brewing
Brewed on the North East side of Redmond, and served out of their family friendly downtown taphouse, “The Vault”, Kobold is a favorite amongst many locals. Their flagship Mystic Daze Hazy IPA and Crooked Fate IPA are sure to please your palate, and be on the lookout for their selection of Porters and Stouts including the Lawful Evil Bourbon Barrel Imperial Stout that rotates through various vintages. On site, you will also find a mouth watering selection of food trucks serving up a variety of cuisine from Richards Sliders, El Imperio Mexican Food, and Korean Food by All Elements Catering.

Initiative Brewing
Founded in 2017 with a flagship location in Downtown Redmond, Initiative Brewing has become a popular spot to sip great brews or cocktails and enjoy a savory pub menu. Known for having the best Happy Hour in Redmond (Source Weekly, 2022), be sure to stop by on Thursday or Friday from 2pm-5pm for some exclusive deals and try fan favorites on tap: Hoppy Habits IPA, Realistic Air Guitar Hazy IPA, and the Oh Brother Honey Lager.

Since 2014, Wild Ride Brewing has been in the middle of it all, serving up craft beers and good vibes in the heart of Downtown Redmond. Gompers Distillery
When you walk in the door to Gompers, you’ll be transported into a scene from Boardwalk Empire. The Gompers tasting room, decked out as a Prohibition-themed speakeasy, is just one more way the owners show their love for detail and excellence. You’ll get nothing but delicious spirits and kind-hearted service in this just-opened venue. Gompers deserves special recognition for tying the distillery to an important historical family narrative. From escaping the Nazis to running an L.A. bakery loved by the Hollywood stars, Opa and Oma Gompers were people full of zest and exuberance. The Harts hope to capture that spirit in every bottle they distill.

The Doghouse Brewyard
Central Oregon’s first 21+ off leash social gathering for dogs and humans. There is a completely fenced in area so all are safe. No where else can you enjoy an adult beverage with your pups off leash. ROUX and Magic Munchie Machine food trucks are onsite for your dining pleasure.
General Duffy’s Waterhole
General Duffy’s Waterhole is a family and pet-friendly taphouse and food card pod. With over 20 beers, wines, kombucha, and CBD beverages on tap, as well as 5 high-quality food trucks, General Duffy’s is Redmond’s cool new hangout with tons of live music and events.
Rimrock Taphouse

Jersey Boys Pizzeria
Jersey Boys of Redmond wants you to come down and visit the Neighborhood Pizzeria, where they claim “have the best pizza around,” seven days a week. If that’s not enough, they have 50 rotating craft beer taps, giving them the largest selection east of the Cascade mountain range, plus 5 big screen TV’s and a large projector which shows all the sporting events.
