Established in 2020, CAMP provides free veterinary care – both preventative and urgent – to the unhoused population of Central Oregon. At no-cost to pet owners, CAMP has provided 1,000+ vaccinations, performed 300+ spay and neuters, distributed 10,000+ pounds of pet food and financially covered 50 critical care cases and vaccinated 1,000+ pets.

The members of CAMP are committed to improving the quality of life for individuals in our community experiencing financial or housing hardships. Through compassionate action and assistance programs and services, CAMP strives to keep pets and families together. CAMP is a group of animal welfare advocates, with professional expertise within the fields of veterinary medicine, social assistance and healthcare, pet nutrition, animal welfare and advocacy, and organizational leadership.
