Established in 1921 the community of Pleasant Ridge was established after a generous donation of land by G.W. Beaver donated the land, the community built the building.
The community hall was utilized heavily through the 1920’s-50’s, burnt to the ground in the 60’s and was rebuilt. Activities held at the hall ranged from holiday community potluck gatherings, dances, “dime a dip” fundraiser dinners, to the more recent wedding receptions, community meetings, or family gatherings.
The Hall is available for rent for nominal fees. It has a nice solid wood dance floor, small wooden stage, acoustic ceiling, small fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms.
